Export OMF From Adobe Premiere Pro to Reaper
Premiere Pro can export a sequence's audio as an OMF file, which converts into a Reaper project once it's been through the converter.
Premiere Pro has a dedicated OMF exporter, built for handing a sequence's audio off to a mixer.
Select your sequence, then go to File > Export > OMF. You'll be asked for a sample rate and bit depth, and whether to embed all the audio in one file or export it as separate files alongside the OMF — either works.
One limit to know about: Premiere's 2 GB cap only applies to embedded OMF exports (audio packed into the file itself). If you export with separate (non-embedded) audio files instead, that limit doesn't apply.
From there, Reaper still can't open the .omf directly — that's where converting it comes in.
