These terms

RPP Converter is operated by ITENREGALIA, 5 avenue Shakespeare, 06000 Nice, France (SIREN 817 713 092, VAT FR73817713092). By creating an account or converting a session, you agree to what follows.

What the service does

RPP Converter takes an OMF session and produces a Reaper RPP project with the audio extracted, tracks laid out, clips trimmed and positioned as in the source session.

OMF files are written by many different systems and not all of them the same way. We work hard to handle them, but we cannot promise that every session will convert perfectly. If one fails, tell us: it is how the converter gets better.

Your account

You need a valid email address and a verified phone number to convert. The free conversion is one per phone number, ever, which is what keeps it free for everyone else. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site in euros, tax included. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. An invoice is generated and emailed to you automatically when a payment succeeds.

The lifetime licence covers unlimited conversions for as long as we operate the service, for your own professional use. It is personal, and it is not for resale or for automated bulk conversion on behalf of third parties.

Withdrawal and refunds

Conversions start immediately. By launching one, you ask us to perform the service straight away and you accept that, once it has been fully performed, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

That said, we are not in the business of keeping money for something that did not work. If a conversion fails for a fault on our side, write to support@rppconverter.com and we will refund it.

Your files stay yours

You keep every right you have in the sessions and audio you upload. You grant us only what we need to do the job: permission to store and process your file for the time it takes to convert it and for you to download the result, which is at most 24 hours. After that it is deleted automatically.

You confirm you are allowed to upload the material you upload.

Keep your own copy of the source session. We are a converter, not a backup service, and everything here is deleted on a timer.

Fair use

Please do not:

• upload anything illegal, or anything you have no right to;
• try to break, overload or probe the service;
• resell access, or share your account;
• use the service to process other people's sessions in bulk on an automated basis.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up, but we cannot guarantee it is available without interruption. Maintenance happens, and features may change or be withdrawn.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect loss, for lost work, or for damage caused by a converted project not matching your expectations. Our liability is limited to what you paid us over the previous twelve months.

None of this removes the rights French consumer law gives you.

Ending it

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@rppconverter.com. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

If something goes wrong, talk to us first at support@rppconverter.com: most things are settled in one email. Consumers may also refer a dispute to a consumer mediator, and retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
