Export OMF From Sequoia to Reaper
Sequoia has built-in OMF and AAF support for exchanging projects with other post-production systems.
Use Sequoia's export function to save your project as an OMF file — no additional plugin or translator is needed, it's built in.
Sequoia can also export as AAF, which carries more information than OMF; if whoever's picking up the session has a choice, AAF is usually the better pick. But if OMF is what you've got, it converts into Reaper.
Reaper can't open the .omf file on its own, so the next step is converting it.
You can convert your OMF file for free here.
